UK Orders:
UK postage is set to £1.50. This is for untracked second class shipping and is for when you are buying up to 10 items. I also offer First Class Shipping, Signed For and Tracked.
International Orders:
I ship worldwide! International prices vary depending on the country, however I have set international postage cost at £4.50. This is for a Large Letter and is for up to 10 items. If you would like a more accurate price specifically for your country, the best thing to do is message me before buying and I will change the price for you. International orders will always range from £3.50-£4.50 for a larger letter parcel.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Proof of Postage
I always provide proof of postage. I keep UK orders' proof of postage for 1 month and International Orders for a couple of months.
Processing Time:
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies but can range from 1 day - 7 days. I normally aim to ship parcels in 4 days.
Returns and Refunds:
I do not accept returns and refunds but please contact me if you have a problem with your order. If your order arrives broken, please message me with images of the broken product and we can work to fix the problem!
Delays
The shipping method I use does not allow me to track parcels. If you would like your parcel tracked, please message me before purchasing as this would cost a little extra. Please allow room for delays due to Covid 19.
